fter visiting Crater Lake, we rode north to Bend, Oregon where we enjoyed a great lunch before saying goodbye to John Parry and Tom Ness.

Andy, Damian and Brendan continued east to stay the night in John Day, OR. We rode west on some surprising good roads to cross the Snake River into Idaho. We all enjoyed riding down Hell’s Canyon to the dam on the Snake River which is where the rafters launch for the famous multi-day trip down through the rapids on the Snake River. We turned around and rode up Hell’s Canyon and then up over the twisty Wallowa Mountain Loop, stopping for lunch at the Hell’s Canyon Overlook. We continued on to Enterprise and then north to stay two nights in Clarkston, Washington.
